To check the veracity of the claim of Adesh Gupta that there was no hospital, no school built by the Kejriwal government, firstly DFRAC team did a simple keyword search. We found many reports about the inauguration of new hospitals and Mohalla clinics by the Kejriwal government.
The Delhi government allocates 14% of the 2019-20 budget to healthcare. During the Kejriwal reign, there is a three-tier healthcare system. Mohalla clinics to fulfill basic healthcare needs, then polyclinics, and then hospitals for critical surgeries.
