To check the veracity of the claim of Adesh Gupta that there was no hospital, no school built by the Kejriwal government, firstly DFRAC team did a simple keyword search. We found many reports about the inauguration of new hospitals and Mohalla clinics by the Kejriwal government.
The Delhi government allocates 14% of the 2019-20 budget to healthcare. During the Kejriwal reign, there is a three-tier healthcare system. Mohalla clinics to fulfill basic healthcare needs, then polyclinics, and then hospitals for critical surgeries.

Talking about education, 26% of the budget 2019-20 was allocated to the education sector by the Delhi government. Further, according to an IndiaTv report, Kejriwal had inaugurated 12,430 smart classrooms in 240 govt schoolsof the national capital at Rajkiya Kanya Vidyalaya in Rajokri.
