He asked who are the people saving the illegalities at Shaheen bagh? Is Shaheen bagh above the law? Do the laws of Delhi Municipal Corporation doesn’t apply to Shaheen bagh?
Same Arnab supported Actress Kangana Ranaut when BMC ran Buldozer on the illegal part of her office. However, at that time he himself supported the illegalities. Do the laws of Municipal corporation dont apply to Kangana Ranaut?
Arnab claimed that he was attacked while covering the 2002 Gujarat riots.
Reality: The incident occurred with Rajdeep SarDesai of India Today, not with Arnab. Moreover, India today aired a complete show exposing Arnab lie.
Arnab Trying to give communal colors to the Palghar incidence.
He asked the so-called ‘lobby’ why are they silent on this Incident. Taking names like Swara Bhaskar, and Javed Akhtar he accused them that they are silent because the victims of the Palghar attack were Hindu.
Reality: Both Swara Bhaskar and Javed Akhtar condemned the incident.

Calling people anti-nationalist
Arnab called migrant workers anti-natoinals. Also, he called Waris Pathan, don’t be anti-nationalist for his argument for not standing on National Anthem in theatres.
Even the court said that not standing up for National Anthem at cinema halls was not a sign of anti-nationalism.

Thousands of people gathered outside Bandra Railway station after the Lockdown in India. Arnab calls them that” wo mazdoor nhi the wo kiraye par bulaye gye actor the!(they were not laborers they were hired actors)”
Reality: In the year 2020, when the first wave of corona had hit the Nation and the lockdown was imposed in the country there were a lot of hustle and bustle in common people. As the situation was unprecedented, not sure of what to do in the lockdown situation, many people who were working outside of their hometowns wanted to return back home. Amid this vague situation, a large crowd gathered outside the Bandra railway station. Same incident was seen in many other part of the country like Surat.
Inflammatory Debates over Kashmir files
The movie the Kashmir Files is based on a very sensitive issue that is the exodus Kashmiri Pandit in the year 1991. It is sad that many of the Kashmiri Pandits who were the victim of the exodus are still suffering. Debating over the movie Arnab iterating every time that movie is based on a real incident and asking to proof anything wrong shown in the movie. He said that, “ in this case people are saying to soften the reality.”
Reality:
Some of the thing that were stated wrong in the movie like as per Mithun Chakraborty who is playing the role of IAS officer Brahma Dutt, 5 Lakh Kashmiri Pandits were killed and banished from the valley.
Claim 1:
According to RTI filed P. P Kapoor 1.5 Lakh people were migrated from Kashmir and 88% among them were Hindus due to violence and threat that occurred in the valley. As per the report of Hindu, 219 Kashmiri Pandits were killed and 24000 families of Pandits migrated from the valley. There are records of only 1.5 lakh migrants who left the Kashmir Valley. Although 88% were Hindus no such data tally to the big number of 5 lakh.
Moreover a scene, Kashmiri Pandits along with other refugees are living in camps on the outskirt of Jammu complains about the necessity provided to them. A refugee asked the home minister, why are we only provided by cash amount of Rs 600 for our living and nothing more.
Claim 2:
As per the data of Ministries of Home Affairs, cash of Rs 250/family were given along with the facility of free rations after the exodus. The facilities were revised time and again. 62000 migrants were registered from Kashmir in the country and currently, the government is providing the cash of 2500 per head to the family members including discounts on ration. The government also provided two-room tenements in Purkhoo, Muthi, Nagrota in the Jammu.
Hence, the claim is misleading since during the exodus, the central government did not provide any security but the state government of Jammu and Kashmir provided facilities to most of the registered families for starting a new life.
Arnab Goswami Maligning the image of Sonia Gandhi.
In a TV debate, Goswami had accused Sonia Gandhi of being silent on the mob lynching incident which took place in Maharashtra’s Palghar on the night of April 16. He said that she would not have remained silent if Christian padres would have been the victims. He said, “I would like to ask the country, would the country had remained silent if Maulvis or Christian Padriis would have been targeted the way Hindu saints were? Would Italy’s Antonia Maino (Sonia Gandhi) have remained silent then? I would like to tell you if the victims had been Christian padres, Sonia Gandhi, who had come from Rome, would not have remained silent on the issue.”
She will she will send a report to Italy of how many Hindus were killed were @INCIndia government was formed.
In another incident, he blamed that goon of Sonia Gandhi attacked him and his wife. After which hashtags like #BarBala, and #Bardancer started trending on Twitter.
Reality: FIR against Arnab was launched and many people condemn Arnab for is baseless comments on Sonia Gandhi.

At some debates Arnab behaves like a gentleman and says don’t shout let’s debate like gentlemen and while on other debate he treats people respectfully and shouts. Also, in many of a debate he takes one side and then conduct the debate.
Taking one of the sides may be the Style of Arnab but it is not a quality of an ideal Anchor who conduct debates. As, then debate its true essence.
On Shushant Singh Rajput’s case Arnab conducted many debates.
In many of the debates he very firmly stated that Shushant was murdered. Further, assassinating Rhea’s whole character in his many debates he claimed that rhea was begging for drugs on WhatsApp. Whereas, he denied Sushant ever consumed drugs. Moreover, He also dragged Salman, and Karan Johar who absolutely don’t have a direct relation with the case.
Reality: There was no murder angle found by CBI till date in this case but Arnab was tried to give it a murder angle. Also, anything is not proved against Rhea’s role in abetting Sushant’s suicide.
