A video is becoming very viral on social media. In which a Russian rocket can be seen taking off. It was claimed that Russia tested an intercontinental ballistic missile.

The video was shared by the AZ Military News Twitter account saying that “the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation successfully launched a stationary intercontinental ballistic missile” Sarmat “from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome.”

On checking the viral video, we found that this video is from 2018. When Russia tested an intercontinental ballistic missile. The BBC has also shared the video footage related to the missile launch in its report.

Russia on Wednesday announced the test of the Sarmat missile, carrying 15 warheads, amid rising tensions with Western countries over the Ukraine issue. Russia’s Defense Ministry says that Sarmat is the most powerful missile in the world with the longest range.

Conclusion
