While looking closer to the video we found a logo which was of Ethiopian airlines and not ChinaEasternAirlines
We reverse search the video using certain key frames and we found the same video on the youtube channel of Bull Bosphorus.
The year was 2019.
The video shows Ethiopia Plane Crash, Ethiopia Airlines B737 MAX that crashed after taking off.
Conclusion:
The video was not of a recent plane crash in southern China, but the plane crash from the year 2019.
