Further, the man is rolling over the ground and there is an empty whiskey bottle beside him. Sharing the video, @rose_k01 wrote, “Bhagwant Mann AAP Rule Starts in Punjab.“

Similarly, many other users have posted the same video on their social media users. And, they are trying to take a dig over Bhagwant Mann and how his administration in Punjab going to be.
Fact Check
On keyword research we found, we found a video on YouTube. SPORTSQUARTERINDIA the video was uploaded on YouTube on April 12, 2013.
Hence, it has nothing to do with the present scenario. But, users are sharing the video misleadingly to malign the image of Bhagwant Mann.
Moreover, users posted this video in 2027 also with the caption, “Security is too tight in Punjab and Haryana after today’s #ramrahimsentence, Be safe guys.”
