Similarly, many other users have posted the same video on their social media users. And, they are trying to take a dig over Bhagwant Mann and how his administration in Punjab going to be.

On keyword research we found, we found a video on YouTube. SPORTSQUARTERINDIA the video was uploaded on YouTube on April 12, 2013.
Hence, it has nothing to do with the present scenario. But, users are sharing the video misleadingly to malign the image of Bhagwant Mann.
