After researching we got to know that the video is from 2017 and has no links with the Ukraine-Russia war. Humanity Lives On posted the video as the depiction of Humanity is Power. In the video, the same girl is present who is present in the viral video.

Another proof
Preemptive Love is claimed that the girl’s name is Malak and she has survived the war with ISIS. Wherein, she lost her family, therefore the viral video is not from the Ukraine war situation. Instead, it is from the ISIS war.
