An X user, Donavan Indovino Cawley, recently claimed that Donald John Trump passed away. He shared a photo of him along with the caption, “BREAKING — Donald John Trump, 45th President of the United States, has passed away at the age of 77.”

To determine the authenticity of this claim, DFRAC investigated it on various social media platforms. In the process, we found out that this claim is unsubstantiated and lacks credible evidence. The claim was made before any official announcement or credible source reported on the matter. Furthermore, activities continued on Donald Trump’s social media accounts subsequent to the time of the claim, i.e., 30^th March, 2024.
