In this video clip, Rahul Gandhi can be heard saying that this country belongs to ascetics. This country does not belong to priests. This is the reality of this country.

To analyze the video clip shared by Amit Malviya, the DFRAC team searched the video related to this statement of Rahul Gandhi. During this time we came across one such video posted by Congress leader Srinivas BV. There is another video of Rahul Gandhi’s entire statement along with the video clip shared by Amit Malviya.

By posting this video, Srinivas replied to Amit Malviya – Is your life a waste, isn’t your Malware? Wake up in the morning, trim the video, then cut it in half and spread it all day long to please the emperor.”

In the video shared by Srinivas, Rahul Gandhi can be heard further saying that BJP says, RSS says no brother tapasya should not have any respect. Who will worship us? He will be respected. Now, look at demonetization from this framework. Did demonetization respect the penance of the poor of India? It was an attack on penance.  His message was – from farmers, laborers, small traders, and brothers, if you do as much penance as you want, it will not make any difference. Burn it. BJP-RSS are taking this country towards forced worship.
