We at DFRAC, reverse searched this image and found that no such statement was issued from the official Website, FacebookPage or Twitter handle of Rock.

Also when we searched the keywords. We found a tweet by @ThatRebecca, The Hollywood Reporter Senior Film Editor, alumna Vanity Fair, LA Times, Time, author of books on Young Frankenstein + James Cameron.
