After performing our fact check analysis on the video above, we found out that this video is false and misleading. The man singing in this video is not late General Bipin Rawat but Vice Admiral Girish Luthra.
This video was uploaded on YouTube on 6th March, 2019 by the account of Vice Admiral Girish Luthra himself.
The video was filmed during the golden jubilee celebrations of the Western Naval Command. Dainik Bhaskar also made a report on this event praising Vice Admiral for his performance.
Hence, we can clearly say that the man singing in this video is not late Gen. Bipin Rawat but Vice Admiral Girish Luthra. This video has been posted to spread false and misleading content in the society.
