On November 19, 2021 i.e. Guru Nanak Jayanti, PM Narendra Modi made a big announcement to repeal 3 farm laws, for which farmers were protesting for a year. This decision was welcomed by the farmers, but some did not welcome it. Some people termed it as the victory of farmers and defeat of Modi. Two hashtags #मोदी_का_घमंड_हारा & #किसान_जीत_गया_मोदी_हार_गया) were also trending to show Modi’s defeat on farmers.

It was found that the above two hashtags were used by pro-Congress accounts to show the defeat of Narendra Modi by farmers.

After Narendra Modi’s decision to repeal three Farm laws, it was observed that those who once stood by Narendra Modi became his opponents. Naming some of them.

  1. Kangana Ranaut

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who has always praised PM Narendra Modi on social media for her decisions, is now on the other side. On November 19, 2021, PM Narendra Modi announced the decision to repeal agricultural laws and this decision was welcomed by most of the Bollywood stars including Sonu Sood and Tapsee Pannu. But Kangana Ranaut posted on her Instagram account “Sad, shameful and absolutely unfair… if people on the street have started to make laws and not the chosen government in the parliament then even this is a jihadi nation… Congratulations to all who wanted it like this”

  1. Puja Shakun Pandey

The National Secretary of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha Mahant, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh,  Dr Pooja Shakun Pandey disagreed with PM Narendra Modi’s decision to repeal the farm laws. She said she was the great follower of Narendra Modi, but the decision of repealing the Farm Laws was not expected from him. She even said “जिसकी एक बात नहीं, उसका एक बाप नहीं “.

Hindu Mahasabha office showed its disapproval of the decision by removing the image of Narendra Modi from their office and replacing it with the photo of Veer Savarkar.

Journalist Sushant Sinha, who had worked with India Tv, Ndtv, News24, India News/NewsX, Live India, Janmat, Jain Tv has targeted PM Narendra Modi in the tweet and posted “देश ने छप्पन इंच के सीने वाला पीएम चुना था @narendramodi जी, कुछ के विरोध के सामने, सियासी नफा-नुक़सान देखकर एक बड़े वर्ग के समर्थन के बावजूद झुक जानेवाला पीएम नहीं।“
