We did not find any such news published by any mainstream media outlet. If such a decision had been announced, it would have been one of the top headlines in the media. On the contrary, we found several media reports confirming that voting for the first phase of the Bihar Assembly Elections is being conducted using EVMs.
For further verification, our team contacted senior journalist Abhisar Sharma. He confirmed that the video was created using artificial intelligence. He also wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “AI-generated videos have become very dangerous. Thanks to @YouTube India for taking quick action on such fake news. However, fake news is still spreading strongly on @Facebook. Despite complaints, such channels are still active.”
