Fact-Check

In the probe, the DFRAC team found this claim to be misleading. A reverse-image search of the keyframes generated from the viral video led us to a YouTube account named Prank buzz where we found the extended version of the video. In the beginning of the video, we can see both individuals revealing that they have planned this incident to observe and show their audience how people in their surroundings respond.
