The fires have ravaged over 29,000 acres, prompting evacuation orders for nearly 293,000 residents, and a death toll of ten. Governor Gavin Newsom has declared the situation a “statewide catastrophe,” estimating economic losses at $52 billion.

Upon conducting a Fact-Check, DFRAC found the video is fake. We performed a reverse search of keyframes and no clarification was reported by any media reports on the authenticity of the shared video in question.
