In the probe, the DFRAC team found that the Indian Navy successfully tested the K-4 ballistic missile from the INS Arighaat submarine.
A Google keyword search in this regard led us to some of the latest reports from Business Standard, Economic times and NDTV. As per reports, India successfully tests the K-4 missile from the nuclear-powered submarine INS Arighaat, enhancing its nuclear deterrence with a strike range of 3,500 km. This move strengthens India’s sea-based nuclear capabilities

It is evident from DFRAC’s fact-check that the viral claim has been misleadingly shared on X. Originally, the Indian Navy test-fired the 3,500 km ballistic missile from the newly inducted nuclear submarine INS Arighaat which turned out a successful K-4 missile test
