To investigate the claim made through the above-shared video, the DFRAC team converted the video into some keyframes and reverse-searched them on Google that led us to a the full video available on the Youtube channel of CNN News 18.
Upon examining the full video, we found that at the timestamp of 11.54 minutes, there was no instance of Biden personally refusing to introduce PM Modi, however, he just asked from the organisers who’s next to present and then when announced he warmly greets PM Modi.

It is evident from DFRAC’s fact-check that the above-shared alleging that US President Biden humiliated Indian PM Modi with Public snub at Press Conference has been misleadingly shared on X. PM Modi can be seen greeted warmly by Biden in the full video.
