BRICS is a five-nation group comprising of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa working for mutual benefit.

On reverse searching the picture, however, DFRAC found that the picture was not as recent as it is made out to be but rather taken on November 16, 2023 in San Francisco, US for the expansion of China-Mexico cooperation in finance, electric vehicles and other emerging industries. There was no mention of BRICS in the news article of which the link is below.
Conclusion
Therefore, it is confirmed by DFRAC that the picture is used misleadingly and is not related to BRICS.
