A claim about Rahul Gandhi admitting that Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel works for Adani is going viral on social media site X.
Amit Malviya, in charge of BJP’s IT department on X, shared a video of Rahul Gandhi’s speech and wrote: “Rahul Gandhi admits that Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel works for Adani all the time. Finally, truth is emerging, that it is the Congress, which has patronised Adani, the corporate group, Rahul doesn’t tire targeting. What a joke he is”.

Fact Check
We investigated the truth behind the viral video. The DFRAC team converted the video into some keyframes and reverse-searched it on Google. We found the same video was uploaded on YouTube channel of Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi, in his speech, said that Narendra Modi works for Adani 24 hours a day. His Chief Minister also works for people like Adani, and we work for farmers, laborers, and small traders.
Conclusion
Therefore, It is clear from the DFRAC’s fact check that the viral claim is misleading. The viral video is cropped and the speech by Rahul Gandhi was in a different context.
