A claim is going viral on social media stating Samajwadi Party’s star campaigner Suresh Thakur has been beaten to Death. Users on social media are fiercely sharing this claim.
Suresh Thakur has remained a star campaigner of the Samajwadi Party. He is often seen with Akhilesh Yadav during the elections. In fact, Suresh would dress similarly to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Moreover, he would also be recognized as Yogi Adityanath’s doppelganger.
Akhilesh Yadav, President of Samajwadi Party posted a collage on Twitter and wrote: “The incident of lynching of Suresh Thakur, who made a distinct identity for himself as a SP campaigner, is extremely heart-wrenching. There is an appeal to the government to ensure proper action against the culprits at the earliest. Heartfelt tribute”.
Not only this, but Manoj Singh KaKa, spokesperson of SP party, also posted one of the pictures from Akhilesh Yadav’s collage along with the same caption.
Moreover, several media houses such as Indiatv and ZeeNews published news with similar claims.
