Hence, it is clear from Dfrac’s Fact-Check that the viral video is misleading since it does not belong to Respected Dr. Udit Raj. This viral video had been posted five years ago in the year of 2017, in which Congress MLA Gopal Chandra Roy, had slipped while kicking a football during the inauguration of a football tournament.
