Fact-check :

To know the reality of the viral video, the DFRAC team first converted the video into some frames. Then they did a reverse search using Google. During this time, the team found the same video uploaded on the verified YouTube channel of Narendra Modi on September 23, 2019. This video is from the Howdy Modi program. At that time, Donald Trump was the President of America.

In the video uploaded on 23 September 2019 on viral video and YouTube, it can be seen that PM Modi is wearing a light yellow color kurta with Sadri.

Conclusion:

This fact-check by DFRAC makes it clear that the viral video is not recent but from the Howdy Modi program held in Houston, America, three years ago in 2019. Therefore, the claim of social media users is misleading.
