Fact Check:
There are no such news reports which prove that Liz Truss has said all these things about India as it is being claimed.
To investigate the viral image, we looked closely at the logo, and found it of ‘Bolta Hindustan’. Taking a clue from here, we reverse-image searched the image. And found it on the verified handle of Bolta Hindustan dated 20 October 2022
The text here written was , “I have resigned because I have not been able to deliver on the promises I came to power with: Liz Truss, UK PM.”

Further the team did a keyword search and found that no such news reports which prove that Liz Truss has said all these things about India.
Conclusion:
Through the investigation, we found that the image is edited and hence is fake.
