A user named Thakur Amit Singh Hindu tweeted a critical video of the film ‘Pathan’ and captioned: “ You will not find a single Hindu film actor or cricketer in Pakistan and Bangladesh, but despite being 100 crore Hindus in India, superstar Salman, Aamir Shah Rukh Pathan will be found Whose fault is it?”.

To know the reality of the viral claim, the DFRAC team conducted a simple search with the help of some special keywords. During this time we got many reports published by different media houses.
According to a report published by Zee News, Anil Dalpat Sonwaria, the first Hindu player of the Pakistan cricket team, started his career as a wicketkeeper-batsman in 1984. He could not very successful in the Pakistan team and could play only 9 Test matches.

Danish Kaneria was the last non-Muslim player to play for the Pakistan cricket team. Kaneria started his international career in the year 2000 and he played 61 Test matches for Pakistan and was also very successful. Kaneria is the highest run bowler for Pakistan with 261 Test wickets.
