To know the veracity of the viral claim, we did a simple search on Google with the help of some keywords. In the result, we found the website of the Center for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) unemploymentinindia.cmie.com, according to which the unemployment rate in India is currently 9.1%. The unemployment rate in the city is 10.1% while in rural it is 8.7%.
