Fact Check:
To fact-check the viral video, the DFRAC team first converted the video into a few frames. Afterward, the team did a reverse search of the frames. We found a video uploaded on BBC News Hindi’s YouTube channel on 25 February 2021. The title of this report is – “What is the condition of the people who were beaten up and sung National Anthem in Delhi Violence?”
Source: YouTube
The description of this video states that – “In February last year, there were riots in the country’s capital Delhi. A video of them in the riots went viral from North East Delhi. In this video, some injured people were lying on the road, who were being forcibly beaten, and sang Vande Mataram. One of the injured, Faizan, died. Look at what their families are doing after one year and what the rest of the victims say now.”
At the same time, the team also found the report of Indian Express. According to the report this incident happened in Delhi.
Conclusion:
It is clear from the fact check of DFRAC that the viral video is not of Rajasthani Muslims. Youths in Kashmir were beaten up by the army after raising Pakistan Zindabad slogans during the Delhi riots. Therefore, the claim of social media users is wrong.
