Fact Check:

To fact-check the viral video, the DFRAC team first converted the video into a few frames. After this, some frames were reverse-searched. We found a video uploaded by NDTV on YouTube on February 23, 2019. The video has been titled – “PM Modi’s challenge to Imran Khan on Pulwama, Son of Pathan”.

In this video, PM Modi can be heard saying that he had called Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and said let’s fight against poverty-illiteracy-starvation. Then Imran Khan said that Modi ji, I am a child of Pathan, I speak the truth, I do the truth.

Conclusion:

It is clear from the fact check of DFRAC that in the viral video, Prime Minister Modi is telling about the statement made by the then Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan. He has not called himself Pathan’s child. Therefore, the claim of social media users is wrong.
