Fact Check:
To check the originality of the viral video, the DFRAC team first converted the video into keyframes with the help of the InVID tool. On reverse searching the keyframe, the team found one such video on YouTube. Which was posted on February 27, 2018. It was told that this video is from Patna.
Apart from this, we also found a news18 report published on October 6, 2019, using the screen-grab of the viral video. In which the video is confirmed to be from Patna.
Not only this, Info UTttar Pradesh Fact Check also denied the video and wrote in his tweet – “Some accounts on social media platforms are sharing a misleading picture of chaos in the examination by exhibiting a video of Mumbai local train about PET conducted in Uttar Pradesh.
PET is conducted in Uttar Pradesh in a completely pellucid and systematic manner.”

Conclusion:
It is clear from this DFRAC fact check that the viral video is misleading. It is not from UP-PET Exam-2022.
