Users sharing this photo on social media are claiming that on the occasion of Shahrukh Khan’s birthday on November 2, the teaser of his film Pathan will be launched at Burj Khalifa.
This photo has been shared on Facebook by a user named ‘ SRK The King of Bollywood’. This photo has been shared with more than 42 thousand likes, 1300 comments, and about 600.
While sharing this photo on Twitter, a user named Abhijeet Kumar wrote – #Pathaan Teaser Will be viewed On #BurjKhalifa in #Dubai #UAE On 2nd November Celebrating MegaStar Srk Birthday Stay Tuned as #Pathaan will Arrive On 25th Of Jan 2023 #ShahRukhKhan

To fact-check the viral picture, the DFRAC team first did a reverse image search. We found this photo on a website. This photo was uploaded in January 2018. Nowhere in this photo, Pathan is written and Shahrukh Khan’s picture can be seen.
A collage of both photos is shown here. It can be seen in the collage that there is no poster of Shahrukh Khan and his film Pathan anywhere in the original photo.
Conclusion:
DFRAC that the viral photo on social media is edited. The original photo is 4 years old i.e. 2018. Hence the claim of the social media users is fake.
