To fact-check the viral video, we searched the original video of Rahul Gandhi’s speech on YouTube. We found Rahul Gandhi’s video on the YouTube channel of ANI News.
Rahul Gandhi can be heard from 9:20 minutes to 10:10 minutes in this 26:55-minute video of Rahul Gandhi. In his speech, Rahul Gandhi tells the measurement of petrol, diesel, mustard oil, and milk in litre. In the meantime, he also tells the flour in a litre, but the very next moment he immediately told the measurement of flour as KG i.e. kg.
Conclusion:
It is clear from our fact check that Rahul Gandhi immediately corrected the measurement of flour from litre to kilo. Hence, the claim being made by social media users is misleading.
