DFRAC Exclusive: The Game of Religion Conversion Played by Accounts on Twitter

There is a debate on social media on conversion or homecoming. People keep posting about it. Internet too is fulfilled with this conversion game. It is done by a person not in the greed of money or property but in the greed of likes, comments, and followers. In this game, it is not changed from the original religion or faith, but only by the change in name. If a user’s name on Twitter a year ago was Salim, then the same user is Suresh at present. At the same time, two years ago, if a user used to tweet by the name Ramesh, then he is currently posting under the name Rameez. There are many users who have become direct MLA from a common man and are being followed by big politicians and ministers. All this game is being played by the username change. In this exclusive story of DFRAC today, we are providing you with an analysis of some of the accounts with the same name change, which was earlier named after another religion, but now has become of another religion.

1. Ruzika Liyquat becomes RJD MLA Amar Paswan

Looking at the bio of this Twitter ID of Amar Paswan, it is revealed that he is Bihar’s Bochaha MLA Amar Paswan. The MLA keeps posting continuously from this ID. He keeps retweeting tweets of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav. Amar Paswan has more than 1500 followers, many of whom are verified users.

These include Srinivas BV (@srinivasiyc), national president of Indian Youth Congress (@IYC), Shyam Sunder Singh ,working president of Bihar Congress, Shyam Sunder Singh @SSSINGHDHIRAJ ‘Dheeraj’, founder of Kisan Swaraj Sangathan (@kisanswaraj_), Bhagwant Meena (@bhagwanmeena53), MLA from Assembly Bakhtiarpur Anuruddha Yadav (@anirudhyadavrjd), national president of RJD. Ashutosh Kumar (@AshutoshBiharKa), rjd women’s wing state president Dr. Urmila Thakur (@DrUrmilaThakur1), Sheohar MLA Chetan Anand Singh (@ChetanAmohanRJD) and other big politicians follow. Among the journalists, Aman Syed (@journo_aman), Syed Amir Hussain (@nn_aamir), Yogesh Tiwari @yogirishuNBT, Atul Yadav @Reporter_indian and Sahil Rizvi follow.

1. The poster of the swearing-in ceremony to be held in the Assembly after being elected as an MLA from the ID of Amar Paswan has been tweeted.

2. In another tweet, he wished RJD MLA Bhai Virendra on his birthday and wrote- “Happy birthday to the belligerent, developing and energetic MLA of our RJD family, @iBhaiVirendra ji. ”

3. Amar Paswan has tweeted birthday greetings to The Minister of Development of Jharkhand, Satyanand Bokta on his birthday- “Warm birthday greetings and best wishes to Shri @BhoktaSatyanand Ji, Minister of Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand, who is always ready to help every helpless, disabled, laborer, exploited.”

In response to Amar Paswan’s tweet, Development Minister Satyanand Bokta retweeted: “Thank you and thanks for your good wishes, Hon’ble MLA Amar Paswan ji. ”

The old username of Amar Paswan’s ID was Ruzika Liyquat. Looking at this ID, it seems that it was created by copying the anchor of ABP News Rubika Liyaquat. So from this ID, a photo of Rubika Liyaquat’s mother was posted and miss you mama was written on it.

The initial posts from this ID were made in Urdu and Hindi languages.

Apart from this, this account has been commenting and liking on the hashtag #Realese_TLPAmeerSHR posted by user Mahira Khan (@Mahira59913438) in support of amir, the leader of the banned organization ‘Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan’ in Pakistan.

Amar Paswan’s post by being a woman:

1-  Amar Paswan on 26th August 2021 tweeted, “I apologize to my countrymen for giving my first vote to Modi Ji in 2014. If you look at the “asking” here, it turns out that there appears to be a feminine gender. Which was done by becoming Ruzika Liyquat.

2. Amar Paswan’s ID tweeted on February 26, 2022. It reads- “I want the SP to win and owaisi saheb to win the seat in UP so that everyone is talked about, because everyone takes muslim votes but avoids them from a distance, that is the truth.”

2. Priya Singh becomes Zoya Khan 

There is an ID on Twitter, Zoya Khan (@Zoya_Khan852131) who has 2,459 followers. The old name of this ID was Priya Singh, which has been changed to Zoya Khan. On checking this ID, the following facts came to light.

Zoya Khan’s ID is being promoted to the ID of other users on Twitter these days. Which includes leaders of other parties, including the Congress. For example, some tweets are being given.

Priya Singh’s tweets:

On searching for the archives of Priya Singh’s old tweets, we found some tweets that only a Muslim can do. For example, some tweets are given-

1- In this tweet of Priya Singh, it is written – “May Allah give you a hidayat”

2- Priya Singh’s Twitter bio shows that she is a fan of Zakir Naik. Which we got from web-archive. Let us tell you that Zakir Naik and his videos, religious discourses have been banned in India.

3- The same YouTube channel has been continuously promoted with the IDs of both Priya Singh and Zoya Khan.

3. Priya Mhatre becomes Aisha Sheikh, slogan of Jai Shri Ram becomes Allah Hu Akbar

Priya Mhatre has changed her name to Aisha Sheikh in the game of changing the name on Twitter. She used to chant “Jai Shri Ram” when she was Priya Mhatre, but when she changed her name to Aisha Sheikh, she started chanting “Allah Hu Akbar”. Some of her posts and slogans can be seen in the web archive.

When a user asked for the name tagging Priya Mhatre, the reply mentioned the name as “Priya Mhatre”.

In another post, Priya wrote- “Girls are not goods, they are honors, girls are not goods, they are respect! #Jaishreeram”(in Hindi)

In another post, “Assalam Alaikum’s was answered in Walaiqu Assalam”.

4. Cricketer Mohammed Shami Fan becomes the Voice of Rajasthan

Twitter has a user named Voice of Rajasthan (@Rajasthan_Speak). It has more than 12,000 followers. This user used to be the parody account (@MdShami888) of cricketer Mohammed Shami earlier.

Old username: Mohammad Shami

Voice of Rajasthan has been tweeting about events in Rajasthan. At the moment, tweets and retweets are not being made from this account. There has been no tweet from this account since April 10.

This account has been tweeted for the last time ” You share hate, we will share the love”.

In the tweet made by becoming Mohammed Shami’s solidarity has been tweeted. “If you win, it’s Hindustan! If you lose, they are Muslims!  #IStandWithShami”

5. Journalist Ravish Kumar fan becomes Nazu Khan

Old username: Ravish Kumar

There is a user named Nazu Khan on Twitter. This account continues to comment on Islamic and current political situations. When the information about this account was collected, the fact came to light that the account’s ID now belongs to Naju Khan which was earlier used to be Ravish Kumar. With the username of Ravish Kumar, all the issues of the country and the world were tweeted.

A big interesting tweet has been posted with the username Ravish Kumar. A tweet read: “Vikas Gupta, who has posted provocative posts on social media as Raj Khan, has been arrested by Varanasi Police. The interesting thing in this tweet is that the id of Ravish Kumar from whom this thing has been written is fake itself and at the moment the ID is running under another name.

At the same time, several posts have also been made against The Owner of Sudarshan News Suresh Chavhanke from this ID.

Conclusion:

One should be careful of opinions given by social media accounts. Many people create fake profiles and handles to spread fake news and misguided opinions. Don’t fall into such traps and follow only such accounts which are legit and authentic. In this DFRAC Exclusive analysis we have analyzed the accounts of all these IDs, it has come to light that all of these users keep on changing their usernames and religion to gain followers, likes or for any propaganda on Twitter.

Later these accounts either sell it to the buyer or just change their username to follow another agenda. DFRAC will keep on exposing such fake and deceiving accounts to spread awareness.
