In the last phase of the UP election, a new video has come forward which was shown to be of NEWS18. In that video, People are accusing BJP (Bharatiya Janta Party) of distributing 500 rupees amid Elections. All these people were inked on the finger and were directed not to vote.
The video was allegedly shared by Om Thanvi, HJ State University of Journalism & Mass Com, Jaipur.

Fact Check:
By reverse image search and using different key phrases we found the video as old one.
This video is an old video from Tara Jivanpur village of Chandauli district in Uttar Pradesh in the year 2019 which is again being shared on social media sites.
The true video of this incident was shared on the YouTube channel of NEWS18 AND MIRROR NOW .
Chandauli Police too warned people about the Misleading viral video, they stated on their official Twitter account, “The case is of the year 2019 Lok Sabha elections, in which necessary action has been taken at that time, by linking it to #विधानसभाचुनाव2022 , please do not spread confusion without proper information and confirmation of facts.”
