After researching, we got the whole video from where this short clip was taken. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself posted a video from the Uttarakhand rally. In the speech, he mentioned how Congress follow a policy of dividing everyone and looting together. He posted the video on 11th February 2022 on Twitter.
