According to the post shared by Kolar Police on X(Twitter), Krishna Reddy, aged 33, identified as mentally unstable, was found desecrating the idol at a Hindu Temple. Despite the incident, the temple authorities have proposed not to take any legal action against him. However, an NCR has been registered at Gulpet Police Station.
Further, the police appealed to the public not to believe in such false rumors.
