To know the reality of the viral video the team of DFRAC separated the keyframes of the video and afterward did a reverse image search of those keyframes, the team found a similar video on the official Pakistani YouTube channel Geo News which was uploaded on 10 January 2021. The heading states: “ Mulki Maeeshat Doob Rahi Hai, Ahsan Iqbal.”

Ahsan Iqbal further added- “ Worst power shutdown. It proved that this government is incompetent. (Imran Khan) thought The country’s economy is sinking, and new crises are emerging. So let’s try to reboot Pakistan like a mobile phone, and maybe it’ll work!’ He shut down the whole power system and tried to start it again.”Imran sir this is a country, not a mobile phone which gets rebooted and will start.
Pakistan had to go through a misery of national power breakdown which officials blamed on an Engineering fault.
