By sharing these pictures, social media users are claiming that a flood situation has arisen in Bengaluru and BJP’s double engine government has failed.
A user on Facebook wrote- “Double engine government-organized car swimming competition in Bangalore. Note: No government can stop natural calamities.. The action you take later matters.. For those who don’t. Dog gets happiness as soon as it rains in Hyderabad..(Translates in Hindi)
Fact Check:
To check if the picture going viral is true, we did a reverse image search on Google. On searching, we found a report published on 20 October 2021 on Financial Express. The same picture has been published in this report. Which has been given the headlines – “Torrent rain in Uttarakhand, connectivity to Nainital restored – see photos”.
This report covers the occurrence of heavy rains in Uttarakhand. Many other photos have also been published in it.
