A video is being shared where a white flag can be seen raised with the caption: “Indian Army waving white flags at the LoC to collect their dead… surrender in full display. Beaten by China at LAC, crushed by PAF in the skies. Rafales, S-400s, BrahMos — all hype, no fight. So much for being a superpower.”
Fact Check
Upon investigation, we found the claim to be misleading. The video in question, which dates back to September 2019, has been featured in multiple reputable media outlets. According to a report by The Economic Times, the footage shows Pakistani soldiers raising a white flag to retrieve the bodies of two of their personnel who the Indian Army killed during cross-border firing in the Hajipir sector of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

Additionally, ANI published the same video on 14 September 2019, reporting that the Indian Army had killed two Pakistani soldiers in retaliation for unprovoked ceasefire violations by Pakistan. It was after this incident that the Pakistani Army used a white flag to recover the bodies of its soldiers.
Conclusion
The viral claim falsely attributes the act of waving a white flag to the Indian Army. In reality, it was the Pakistani military that raised the white flag to recover their dead. Therefore, the video is being misrepresented, and the claim is misleading.
