An account with the name World Affairs shared the image of the Saudi Arabian Prince Mohammed bin Salman and wrote: “Saudi Arabia says if Netanyahu enters gulf countries, he will be arrested on an arrest warrant of ICC”
Fact-Check
In the probe, the DFRAC team found that the claim was completely fake.
We searched some keywords on Google in this regard and found that no reports have been found stating this claim.
For further investigation, we examined the given list of 124 countries that must arrest Netanyahu for the ICC on the website of Middle East Eye and The National Scot. Surprisingly, the name of Saudi Arabia did not appear in those lists.
Conclusion
It is clear from DFRAC’s Fact-check that the viral claim stating that Saudi Arabia says if Netanyahu enters Gulf countries, he will be arrested on an arrest warrant from ICC is fake since no evidence has been found available online in this regard.
