People are claiming that the person seen in the video with girls around Zelensky.
Many Facebook users like Sunil Badileya , @Mysteryman6162 etc writes in hindi, “यूक्रेन के महान राष्ट्रपति – वोलोदयमिर ज़लेंस्क्य! अकेले पूरी रशियन फौज का डट कर मुकाबला करते हुए।!जैसा नेता चुनोगे वैसा देश को भुगतना पड़ेगा|” which translates to, “Friends, Let’s present to you. Through reverse image search, we found this video that is claimed of recent times is basically from the year 2017. Also, the guy in the video is a former comedian turned Ukrainian administrative official Vasily Gumenyuk singing in a sexualized-comedy skit.
A news site named telegraf shared a news w2ith headline, “Comedian from the “League of Laughter” was appointed as head of the RGA in Khmelnitsky: Zelensky’s decree”
Another Ukrainian site posted a picture of gumenyuk as a freshly appointed Head of RGA
