I have no words.”

FactCheck
The DFRAC team found the viral video to be digitally manipulated. After tracing the original video, which has been available online since March 2019, CJP was founded by @abhijeet_dipke on May 16, 2026, years after Ajit Doval’s original video appeared online. In the original video, which is the Leadership Talk with Shri Ajit Doval, the National Security Advisor discussed the art of decision-making, operational strategy, national security, and the importance of national identity for the youth.

Additionally, upon investigation, the HIVE AI detection tool also indicated a 67.1% likelihood of AI-generated speech in the viral clip.

Along with this, we also examined the viral video using the AI detector tool RESEMBLE AI. The analysis found that the viral video had an Audio Score of 99.60 and a Video Score of 5.98 for deepfake detection.

We also examined the viral video using the AI detector tool AI VIDEO DETECTOR. The result indicated a 77 per cent probability that the viral video was AI-generated.

Finally, we spoke with AI expert Mayank Sharma regarding the viral video. After analysing it, he stated, “There are clear indications that the voice and visuals in the viral video have been tampered with using AI technology.”
In addition, we found an official rebuttal from the Press Information Bureau (PIB) regarding the viral video. It described the viral video as fake and digitally altered.

Conclusion
DFRAC’s fact-check establishes that the claim accompanying the viral video is misleading. In fact, a seven-year-old video of Ajit Doval has been edited, and an alleged statement has been added to it. The original video contains no statement about obtaining private photographs and videos of CJP leaders in exchange for their release or blackmailing them.
